Hello!

My name is Ashley Brattel and I am the artist and printmaker behind Fabled Prints. I have been creating and making art since childhood, but apart from a few college level art classes, I am self-taught as an artist. My degree and background are actually in Speech Language Pathology. During graduate school and my first few years working as a Speech Therapist, I began creating more art and experimenting with various mediums as an outlet. In 2018, I discovered block printing and fell in love with the craft. 

I am inspired by folklore, fables, and all things floral and fauna. I create my prints using traditional block printing methods from my home studio in Arizona.
